What Can I Expect?
Your first connection with our developmental home will be with our intake/scheduling specialists. They will listen to your concerns and ask questions to help guide them in understanding the needs of your child and family. Our intake/scheduling specialists also work closely with our clinical directors to ensure you are connected to the clinician(s) best suited to your needs.

What to expect at check-in
Please be sure to check in at the front desk for each visit.
New clients: You will be asked to turn in your registration packet, and to present your insurance card and photo identification. Payment for services will be collected, and a receipt will be provided for your records. Your clinician will then be paged to alert them that you have arrived and completed the check-in process.
Established clients: You will be asked to update expired paperwork, and to present your insurance card and photo identification. Payment for services will be collected, and a receipt will be provided for your records. Your clinician will then be paged to alert them that you have arrived and completed the check-in process.
How to schedule or cancel an appointment

Cancellation Policy: Attendance is important for the success of your treatment program. When you schedule an appointment, you are reserving valuable clinician, staff and facility time specifically to provide services to you. For this reason, we expect that you will make every effort to make your scheduled appointments. We ask that you give at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment. Please understand that failing to do so could result in being charged for the missed appointment. Please do not bring your child to an appointment if he/she is ill. Under such circumstances, if you call us to cancel, you will not be charged. Please do not leave voicemail/email with your clinician to cancel an appointment. Instead, call the front desk at 503-228-6479 where, if no one is available to answer your call, you can leave a voicemail that will be relayed to your clinician.
