<p>A Parenting Path with Heart<sup>SM</sup></p>
<p>For parents of children with autism spectrum disorder who are looking for long-term parenting skills to help their children:</p>

<li>strengthen their sense of belonging and significance in the family</li>

<li>show greater concern and respect for others</li>

<p>Positive Discipline is respectful and non-punitive and will:</p>
<ul>
<li>provide parents with practical tools adapted for children with ASD</li>
<li>incorporate kindness and firmness into parenting</li>
<li>help parents understand the meaning of their children’s behavior</li>
<li>empower parents with effective solutions for daily problems</li>
<li>bring more joy into family life both at home and in the community</li>

<p><strong>Instructors: </strong>Steven Foster, LCSW, and Arlene Raphael, MS, Autism Specialist &#8211; Arlene and Steven are Certified Positive Discipline Associates and have a combined experience of over 50 years serving children with autism and other special needs.</p>
